Shipping policy

All customers who purchase through Shades Of Sisterhood, will receive an email stating that their order is being "processed". As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information on your order, via email.

Please allow 2-5 business days for processing. (Does not include Holidays)

Standard Shipping: 3-7 Business Days | Holiday: 3-14 Business Days

*Delivery delays can occur.

 

Important: We DO NOT refund shipping if you place more than one order. 

Any orders sent back to us due to an insufficient address can be re-shipped. There is a $5 re-shipment fee.

Shades Of Sisterhood is not responsible for any packages once they are shipped.
